THE SHIPPING PROCESS

Shipment Tracking

Once your payment is completed, please allow two to three working days, for us to process your order and ship it out through our supplier in New York. You will receive a shipment tracking from us on the next day.

Shipping Times

Shipping to most countries including Singapore takes about 10 to 15 working days, except for shipping in the US, which usually takes about 4 to 5 working days. Tracking will be provided to your email after 2 or 3 working days.

Shipping to China, Indonesia, Mexico, Argentina, and Turkey requires a special shipment arrangement. Orders will transfer from New York state to Oregon and may take 8 to 12 working days to ship out from Oregon. The courier is DHL, and the shipping is 3 to 5 days.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship orders to remote areas, hotels, and PO Boxes. All shipping is on standard routine, with no expedited delivery.

Customs Clearance And Taxes

Once your parcel has reached your destination country, it will go through a customs clearance process, the process may take one to several working days to be completed. At this stage, your national customs office may charge taxes, VAT, or other possible duties on your parcel.

For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping countries, we have collected your taxes during the checkout process. You'll not required to engage with tax issues on customs clearance. However, we cannot guarantee your customs office may charge any extra duties or fees you must handle personally. For DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipping countries, buyers are responsible for any customs duty and tax. DDU shipping countries include China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, Egypt, most Latin American countries, etc, Hong Kong is duty-free.

New Shipping Fees (Revised 3 July 2024)

Free shipping in the USA and the UK! Brazil is free for the 1st item only.

Shipping to Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal, etc, are the first item at S$6, free for 2 nos and above.

Shipping to Australia, Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Brunei, Egypt, Morocco, UAE, Kuwait, and Venezuela, etc, at S$8 for the first item, and free for 2nd and 3rd items.

Shipping to most EU countries at S$9 for the first item.

Order 2 to 4 items for a better shipping rate with your friends or relatives for cost savings!
