+ Do you ship perfume orders internationally, and is it costly?

Yes, we can ship perfume orders to most countries in the world, the shipping is arranged by our supplier in New York state direct to you and guaranteed by us. For some countries where our supplier is unable to ship directly, we will arrange third-party logistics to ship your order from Oregon state via DHL.
Shipping in the US/UK is free, and shipping in CA/SG is free for the 2nd items and above. For more about shipping costs, please refer to our shipping information page.

+ Can you secure my order and guarantee the shipment?

Definitely yes! we have been working on this business mode for many years and have had no issues happen in the past with our Singapore's local customers. All our customers are our happy buyers! So now, we extend this business mode to global consumers and fragrance enthusiasts.

To ensure the order reaches you safely, we will monitor your shipment, no matter where you are! And will alert you by email when your order reaches your national customs. Please read our customers' reviews.

+ Do I need to pay customs taxes or VAT if order from you?

It will vary by the courier service and shipping country. For some countries where the shipping mode is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), we will collect the taxes on behalf of the courier, the tax rate is reduced pro-rated.
If the shipping of the country is DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), we will not collect any taxes during your checkout process, and you may need to respond to your national customs office directly for any VAT or taxes.
Please note, that even though it is DDP shipping, we cannot guarantee your national customs office may collect any extra tax payment from you during customs clearance, you will need to respond for it.

+ What if I received a damaged parcel from the courier, do I need to return it to you?

Although it is unlikely will happen, as our supplier will carefully pack and protect your parcel. But, in case you found the parcel was damaged, please refer to our Returns and Refunds page for more information. In most situations, you are not required to return the damaged parcel to us.

+ Can I ship the fragrance order to another recipient?

Yes, it is possible, as long you select the checkbox for the new shipping address, during the checkout process. Please bear in mind, that your recipient is to be notified by you for the delivery. The shipping address and information provided in your order must be exactly exist and 100% correct, otherwise, you will pay for re-shipping fees, if the first delivery fails. + Do you ship to hotel, PO box or remote area?

No, sorry! We can't do that! But, we can ship your order to your office or workplace, as long as you appoint a recipient on your behalf if you are unavailable. The delivery proof from the courier is final and any discrepancy is at your own risk.
