Damaged Upon Receipt
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or partially damaged package from the courier, contact us as soon as possible within 3 working days, and provide photos with the invoice for our verification. We will ship a free replacement to you. Please retain the damaged product with the original packaging materials, and invoice until the case is resolved.


If the item is sold out, we will provide a full refund including shipping and tax. A partial refund will include shipping and tax according to the number of items.

 

Out-Of-Stock
A full refund will be given immediately for out-of-stock orders, or a partial refund if there is a shortage in an order, including shipping fees and taxes.

 

Returns
Except for the above, goods sold are nonreturnable, if there is an insist on returning the goods to us without reasonable reasons, buyers are to return the goods in their original packaging to our Singapore office at your own cost. Refunds will only be made for the value of the goods, excluding shipping and taxes.


There are no refunds if the returned goods are in damaged condition. Please also read the last paragraph for unacceptable reasons.


If you have other reasons, contact us for discussion within 7 working days upon receipt.

 

Placing A Wrong Order / Order Cancellation
If you find any error on your order, and wish to cancel or replace a new order, you should immediately inform us by replying to the order confirmation email before we have processed it. Otherwise, if you wish to return upon receiving the item, you should return it to our Singapore office at your own cost. We only refund if the item was received in its original condition, shipping fees and taxes are excluded from the refund.


If we make the error, no return is required, and we will give a full refund or a free replacement.

 

Failure on delivery
In the event of a delivery failure caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customers, the outcome will be determined by the courier service's handling of the situation.

  • Re-shipping: The courier may perform a re-shipping, and a re-shipping fee may occur, the buyers should be accountable for the expenses. It will vary by the courier service in each country.
  • Returned package by the courier: If after the failure of several re-delivery attempts, the package is returned by the courier and we have to cancel the order, there will be no refund for the shipping cost and tax.



Reasons that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
1. There is a slight difference in the packaging or bottle you received:
This situation could occur if the items are shipped from a fresh batch of inventory, resulting in a minor variation in color or design. Alternatively, it could be attributed to the difference in resolution between the monitor and the actual products.

 

2. Information about the product:
Although we have tried our best, we cannot guarantee it is 100% accurate. This may include, but is not limited to the year of production, capacity, perfume notes, etc. The information you may get from our affiliated sites or published on this site is only for general information, not professional advice!

 

The capacity that we indicated on our product displays, was converted from liquid ounce (oz) to milliliters (ml), it may have a slight variation from the capacity printed on the product packaging, for example: 3.3oz and 3.4oz, the packaging can be displayed as 90ml or 100ml.

 

3. Don't like the aroma of the product:
Please note that the opened item is not returnable. Even if it is a perfume tester without a seal with a cap, it may appear to partially lose of aroma, so you should consider the risk of buying a perfume tester.


This also includes any other unacceptable reasons causing you a simple mind change, so please carefully consider before placing an order.

 

4. No cancelation during the shipping process:
When the shipping is in progress and a delay is caused by a failed attempt, or by customs, or a re-shipping is carried out and you are to be responsible for the re-shipping fees, it is impossible to cancel the order at this stage.

 

5. Language translations:
