How to Place A Fragrance Order


On this page, we will show you the step-by-step guides to go through the whole process for a smooth order experience with us.

The process is simple, but we break it down in detail, you may skip and focus on important notes. If you come across any error message, please see the last paragraph.


ADD TO CART - CHECKOUT - CONFIRMATION - SHIPPING - RECEIPT


ADD TO CART
Once you have come to the right item you're looking for, select the preferred size and type of scent (EDP, EDT, EDC, deodorant, etc), and add it to the cart. You may continue to browse other items that you are interested in and further add them to the cart.

CHECKOUT
View Cart...
Once you have decided, see the shop's top-right corner for the cart icon. Click it to view the cart details, including the order items and quantity, shipping fees, and the order total. 

 

If your shipping country is in DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) mode, It will display the tax value below the total amount. This means we are collecting the tax on behalf of our supplier, to ship your parcel.

 

* How do we charge taxes?

We charge taxes at prorated reduced rates, which means you will not pay taxes at full rates.

 

You can increase the quantity to check the shipping fees, shipping to most countries is free for 2 nos/items or more. If you're ordering as a gift for someone in another country, you can select a new country instead of the default country, and get a new shipping fee.

 

You may add more quantity, add a new item, or remove an item at this stage. If you have a coupon code, copy and paste it onto the "Coupon" field and click the "Apply" button, you can access this page for coupon codes.

 

Click "Go to checkout' button to the next step.

 

Billing and Shipping Information...
Now you have come to the "Details" page for billing and shipping information, complete your full information including phone and email with the full address, and enter your postal code next to the "City" field. Details you entered will also serve as shipping information, so please be accurate to avoid any discrepancy in the shipping.

 

*Important Note 1:We DO NOT ship orders to remote areas, hotels, and PO Boxes. All shipping is on standard routine, with no expedited delivery.

*Important Note 2:Please use standard Roman characters for information entries.

 

Shipping to Third Party (send a gift)...
You may ship your order to another person in the same or different country. There is a checkbox below, checking this box to enter a different delivery address if you are shipping to another person. Enter the correct and full information for the new recipient.


*Important note: You are required to notify the third party of the delivery, please read the information about sending a gift.


If you wish to add a gift message, please read the "Finalize Your Order..." section below.


Once everything is finalized, click on the "next" button, you can always click the back to previous page link on the bottom-left if required.

 

Shipping Method...
Now you're at the "Shipping method" page, please note shipping method is arranged by our supplier in New York, do not worry about this as long as you have selected the correct country on the previous page. All the shipments will be guaranteed by us and tracking will be given.


You can go back to the previous page for correction anytime if you find it weird. You can also refer to our Shipping information page for shipping group and shipping cost.

 

Payment Method...
There are three payment methods - "PayPal", "Pay via invoice (PayPal)", and "Bank transfer in advance".


1. PayPal: For international buyers, please select "PayPal", a secured way to pay with buyer protection from PayPal; Unionpay (银联)users can also pay with this option, this is a shopping cart direct payment.

 

2. Pay via invoice (PayPal): If you wish to add additional items from our catalog, we will recalculate the order total with a new shipping, and send a PayPal invoice for payment. 

 

3. Bank transfer in advance: For Singapore buyers, or you have a Singapore local bank account, you may select the last option "Bank transfer in advance", please send us the transaction number and date after your payment by replying to our order confirmation email. 

 

* Important note: For safety purposes, we never send buyers QR codes for payment, nor do we accept buyers sending us QR codes for any purposes. Your transaction records must be in simple text to us.


Settled your payment decisions and click on the "next" button.


If you have selected a payment method other than "PayPal", you are required to complete the payment after receiving our order confirmation, please see "CONFIRMATION" section below.

 

Finalize Your Order...
Now that you're at your order's finalize page, go through all your details again to ensure it is correct. You can see a "Remarks" field below the product details, you can enter a delivery note, or a gift message in this field if you are sending it as a gift to someone.

 

Agreed and checked the two checkboxes for Terms and Conditions, and the Returns and Refunds policy, before proceeding to the final checkout by clicking the "Buy now" button.


You will see a page with "Thank you for your order!" if the order is successful.

 

CONFIRMATION
Order confirmation notice...
After placing your order, check your email inbox for the order confirmation email. You can reply to this confirmation email if you have any questions. Check your email junk box if you don't see the confirmation message after one hour.

  • If you have selected "Pay via invoice", wait for our invoice or payment link in our next email. Complete the payment as soon as possible after receiving our email.
  • If you have selected "Bank transfer in advance", wait for our email for the bank details, and complete your payment as soon as possible once receive our information.

 

SHIPPING

RECEIPT 

After the customs clearance, your parcel will go through a last-mile delivery process. The courier service may notify you by email or text messaging regarding the delivery date. This may vary by country or courier service, but we will also try our best to monitor your shipment and notify you once the customs cleared. To avoid the failure of delivery, so get ready or someone who can help you to receive the parcel. 

 

*Important note 1: As perfume is expensive and dangerous goods (flammable), failure of delivery may cause a re-shipping charge occur, and you're to be responsible for it.

*Important note 2: Although we will try our best to monitor, we cannot guarantee that we will notify you in time! So you must keep an eye on your email and mobile phone to avoid missing the date of receipt.

 

After receiving your order, check and ensure no problem with your item(s). If you have any issues with your order or parcel, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will help you. More information at the Returns and Refunds page.

OTHERS
Error message...
If you see an error message during the checkout process, check through again your entry, or go back to the previous page to make any corrections. Some of the possible errors are as follows:

  • Forget to check a checkbox
  • Missing a required field, go through all the fields
  • Your quantity was exceeded, you need to reduce it
